By leveraging technologies such as IT infrastructure, tele health and point-of-care devices, we are enhancing our patient’s experience at every step from appointments to post-treatment follow-ups. We have also developed queueing models to decrease waiting times for our patients and instant service responsiveness. Patient would be a stakeholder in our clinic where their voice would be used in shaping our clinic more patient-centric and constantly evolving.
